Could not open past due items.

The data required to determine determine if there are Past Due items could not be opened. The second line of the message may alert you to the exact cause of the error. Possible causes are the database:

  • has been move or deleted
  • may be opened for exclusive use by another user
  • has been corrupted
  • server is not available
