As Found
The database field As Found is used to indicate the condition of the equipment as it was found. Checking the box indicates that equipment met (passed) its specifications up initial test. This information is recorded when you use the Recordor Receive Item toolbar buttons. You may also edit this value directly in the grid on the Item Master Form. This field was previously named Pass. The name was changed in version 5.2 because it was not clear whether pass was referencing the before or after condition.
