Your email could not be sent due to an unspecified failure.
This is where TrackPro gets a little stupid. It knew it didn't send the email but it can't figure out why. You will probably need my help to fix this. Please contact technical support. You can also try:
- Temporarily turn off your firewall and retest. If the auto email works open the appropriate port on your firewall.
- Temporarily turn off your antivirus software and retest. If auto email works create an exception in your antivirus software.
- Try using exactly the same email settings as your email client. Pay special attention to the SMTP server and port.
- Check with your IT department to be sure that you are permitted to send email from an application other than your email client.
