The most likely cause is that you have tried to create a translated term that already exists. This can happen as follows:

  1. History Text 1 was previously translated to Cheese
  2. History Text 2 was previously translated to Macaroni
  3. Later you decided to reverse the order to:
    1. History Text 1 = Macaroni
    2. History Text 2 = Cheese

To correct this the delete both translation and exit the translator. Now you can reenter the translator and create the translations that you would like.
